Remote Counselling in West Sussex
Coronavirus update: I would like to reassure my current and new clients that I am still available for counselling during these worrying times, albeit remotely. Like with many points raised by the government and World Health Organisation regarding keeping yourselves safe, your mental health is also very important.
I am always here to help
For whatever reason, you may not be able to make it to my private practice, and that is completely ok. Counselling is meant to be beneficial for you. It may be that you travel a lot for work, or your home commitments can make it difficult to physically leave your home.
One thing for sure, is that remote counselling works, just as well as being in the same room with me.
Take the next step today
It is ok to feel a little apprehensive and therefore I would recommend a 20-minute free taster session for you to see how it works and how it feels for you.
Please, get in touch…
How does it work?
Firstly, make sure you have a quiet space where you will not get interrupted. If need be let people know in your home that you will be unavailable. Maybe put a note on the outside of the door of the room that you are using.
Secondly, I will contact you at the arranged time via your preferred method.
Lastly at the end of the session, we will agree the date and time for your next counselling session and payment can be made by bank transfer.
