FREE FIRST SESSION

I believe that for counselling to work as well as possible, there need to be two key factors: Comfort and Commitment. So to find out if these two factors can be met, I offer a free initial introductory session that lasts for about 20 minutes. After this time you can choose to leave, or if you would like, we can continue for another half hour and it becomes your first full 50-minute session at the rates below. It is my hope that this short introductory session allows you to make an informed decision as to whether I am the right counsellor for you.

ON-GOING SESSIONS

After that, all sessions will last for 50 minutes and are charged at £65 per session.

The amount of counselling you need, depends on the problems you are facing and your individual circumstances. I offer both long-term and short-term counselling, depending on your needs. All from my safe, private and confidential consulting room in Storrington, West Sussex.

Since I don’t have a waiting room here, I ask that you arrive no sooner than five minutes prior to your appointment time. This is simply to respect the privacy of other clients.

CANCELLATIONS

Sometimes life gets in the way of even the best made plans and you may have to cancel your session. It happens.

I am very flexible and will do everything I reasonably can to fit in with you should you need to cancel a session. 

I do, however, ask for full payment if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the session or for a missed session.
